Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and author responsiveness. We strive to meet all deadlines but cannot guarantee specific completion dates.

6. Author Responsibilities

Authors are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Timely review and feedback on drafts
• Ensuring content does not infringe on third-party rights
• Compliance with all applicable laws

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all manuscripts, personal information, and project details. We will not share your work without your explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

USA Prime Publishers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the author will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to that point.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
